All shipping options use Canada Post. We aim to ship orders within 5 - 10 business days of order placement. For non-domestic orders we are not responsible for any duties that may be incurred upon receipt of the item. For current Canada Post shipping estimates please see:

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you cancel your order prior to shipping, you will be granted a full refund. If you have received your item and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item. There is no refunds on shipping and any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
